Terms of Use

By accessing adkeen.space or creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Adkeen is operated from Singapore.

Reading Adkeen never requires an account. Contributing does. You must provide an accurate email address and display name, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account; accounts are not transferable. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.

The first 100 practitioners who sign up from each country receive full access to Adkeen at no charge for as long as the service operates and the account remains in good standing. Eligibility is determined by the country selected at signup and by an automatic per-country counter, applied in order of account creation. The grant is personal, non-transferable, and does not cover future separately priced products.

No paid tier exists today. Adkeen is currently free for everyone. A monthly subscription is intended for accounts beyond the first 100 per country, but no billing is in place, no payment details are collected, and no charge can be made under these Terms without prior notice and your explicit agreement.

You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting a review, benchmark data point, question, answer, comment or note, you grant Adkeen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt it for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform, including after your account is closed.

You warrant that your contribution:

• is yours to share, and does not breach an NDA or employment obligation;
• reflects your genuine experience and is not written on behalf of a vendor;
• is not defamatory, harassing, misleading or unlawful;
• does not contain confidential client data or another person’s personal data.

Contributions may be held for editorial review before publication. We may approve, request revision of, reject or remove any contribution, and every rejection carries a stated reason visible to the author. Moderation exists to prevent defamation, vendor astroturfing and unverifiable claims — it is not a warranty that published content is accurate.

MarTech Library rankings, ratings and comparisons are never paid for. No vendor can purchase a position, a rating, a review outcome or removal of an unfavourable one. If Adkeen ever earns revenue from a company covered on the platform, that relationship will be disclosed on the relevant page.

Do not scrape the site at scale, resell or redistribute Adkeen content as your own, attempt to access other users’ accounts or non-public data, submit reviews for a product you work for, create multiple accounts to influence counts or the lifetime access offer, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Benchmarks, vendor profiles, market data and how-to guidance are provided for information only. They are assembled from public sources and practitioner submissions, are often incomplete, and are not investment, legal, financial or professional advice. Market prices shown in the ticker are delayed, sourced from a third party, and may be inaccurate or unavailable. Always validate a number against your own accounts before acting on it.

Vendor and company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification and commentary. Links to external sites are provided for reference; Adkeen is not responsible for their content.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adkeen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data arising from use of the service; our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months or SGD 100.

You may close your account at any time by writing to adkeenspace@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Published contributions may remain on the platform under a pseudonym after closure, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms; the date above will change and material changes will be notified to account holders. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
