Client is asking us to guarantee ROAS in the contract, how do people actually push back on this

Not looking for the theoretical "you should never guarantee outcomes" answer, I know that. I mean the actual wording people use to redirect the client toward something you can commit to without putting the agency on the hook for market conditions you don't control.
