Southeast Asian superapp (ride-hailing, food/grocery delivery, digital payments and financial services). Founded June 2012 in Kuala Lumpur as MyTeksi by Harvard Business School classmates Anthony Tan and Tan Hooi Ling, renamed GrabTaxi (2013) then Grab (2016), relocated to Singapore. Publicly traded via the largest SPAC merger at the time (with Altimeter Growth Corp), completed December 2021.
