Traces to Acxiom (founded 1969, Conway, Arkansas) and Rapleaf/LiveRamp (founded 2011, San Francisco, by Auren Hoffman and Travis May), acquired by Acxiom in 2014 for approximately 310 million dollars. Acxiom sold its Acxiom Marketing Solutions division to Interpublic Group for 2.3 billion dollars in 2018 and renamed the remaining public company LiveRamp Holdings, Inc.
